Description

Indulge in the perfect Strawberry Jello Poke Cake – a moist, fluffy cake infused with the sweet, fruity flavors of strawberry Jello. This easy-to-make dessert is perfect for any occasion and sure to delight your taste buds.

Ingredients

– 1 box white cake mix

– 1 (3 oz) package strawberry Jello

– 1 cup boiling water

– 1 cup cold water

– 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping

– Fresh strawberries, for garnish (optional)

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.

2. 2. Prepare the white cake mix according to package instructions and pour into the prepared pan.

3. 3. Bake the cake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow the cake to cool completely.

4. 4. Once the cake is cooled, use the end of a wooden spoon to poke holes all over the top of the cake.

5. 5. In a medium bowl, combine the strawberry Jello and boiling water. Stir until the Jello is completely dissolved.

6. 6. Slowly pour the Jello mixture over the top of the cake, ensuring it seeps into the holes.

7. 7. Refrigerate the cake for at least 3 hours, or until the Jello has set.

8. 8. Spread the whipped topping evenly over the top of the cake.

9. 9. Garnish with fresh strawberries, if desired.

10. 10. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

For a richer flavor, you can use a pound cake mix instead of white cake. You can also try different Jello flavors, such as raspberry or cherry, to create unique variations.
