Ingredients
– 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed and drained
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp dried oregano
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 1 (16 oz) package refrigerated crescent roll dough
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9-inch round baking dish.
2. – In a medium bowl, combine the artichoke hearts, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, spinach, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
3. – Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate into 8 triangles. Place 4 triangles in the prepared baking dish, arranging them in a circle with the points facing the center.
4. – Spoon the spinach artichoke dip mixture evenly over the dough in the center. Top with the remaining 4 crescent roll triangles, again arranging them in a circle with the points facing the center.
5. – Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
6. – Serve hot, allowing guests to pull apart the bread and dip into the creamy spinach artichoke filling.
Notes
– For an extra cheesy twist, add more shredded cheese on top before baking.
– Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions for a pop of color.
