Ingredients

– 1 lb sushi-grade tuna, diced

– 1 avocado, sliced

– 1 carrot, julienned

– 1 cucumber, julienned

– 2 tbsp sriracha

– 2 tbsp soy sauce

– 4 large tortillas

– 2 cups cooked sushi rice


Instructions

1. 1. In a medium bowl, combine the diced tuna, sriracha, and soy sauce. Mix well and set aside.

2. 2. Warm the tortillas in a skillet or griddle over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side, until soft and pliable.

3. 3. Spread about 1/2 cup of cooked sushi rice onto the center of each tortilla.

Notes
