Ingredients
– 8 oz sushi-grade tuna, finely chopped
– 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
– 2 tbsp white miso paste
– 1 tbsp sriracha or other hot sauce
– 1 tsp sesame oil
– 1 tsp rice vinegar
– 1/2 tsp grated ginger
– 24 mini wonton or gyoza wrappers
Instructions
1. 1. In a medium bowl, combine the chopped tuna, sesame seeds, miso paste, sriracha, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and grated ginger. Mix well until evenly distributed.
2. 2. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
3. 3. Lightly grease a mini muffin tin. Gently press the wonton or gyoza wrappers into the muffin cups, creating small cones.
4. 4. Spoon the spicy tuna mixture into the wonton cones, filling them to the top.
