Description

Indulge in the bold and flavorful Spicy Dragon Chicken, a quick and easy Asian-inspired dish that’s perfect for busy weeknights. Tender chicken is coated in a spicy, savory sauce and stir-fried with fragrant garlic and ginger.

Ingredients

– 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces

– 2 tbsp soy sauce

– 1 tbsp chili sauce (such as Sriracha)

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tbsp grated fresh ginger

– 2 tbsp vegetable oil

– 2 scallions, sliced

– Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

1. – In a bowl, combine the chicken, soy sauce, and chili sauce. Toss to coat the chicken and let marinate for 10 minutes.

2. – Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and starting to brown, about 5-7 minutes.

3. – Add the garlic and ginger to the skillet and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant.

4. – Serve the Spicy Dragon Chicken over steamed rice, garnished with sliced scallions and sesame seeds.

Notes

For a milder version, start with 1 tbsp of chili sauce and add more to taste. You can also substitute boneless, skinless chicken breasts if preferred.
