Description

These Smoked Honey-Garlic Ribs are the ultimate main dish for any occasion. Infused with a sweet and savory glaze, the ribs are perfectly tender, juicy, and fall-off-the-bone delicious.

Ingredients

– 1 full rack of pork ribs

– 1/2 cup honey

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

– 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

– 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

– 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. – Preheat your smoker or oven to 275°F.

2. – Pat the ribs dry and season generously with salt and pepper.

3. – In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, garlic, Dijon mustard, smoked paprika, cumin, and cayenne.

4. – Place the ribs in the smoker or oven and smoke/bake for 2-2.5 hours, or until the ribs are tender and cooked through.

5. – During the last 30 minutes of cooking, brush the ribs liberally with the honey-garlic glaze, turning and basting the ribs until they’re caramelized and sticky.

6. – Remove the ribs from the heat and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

For extra-tender ribs, you can wrap them in foil during the first 1.5 hours of cooking. This steams the ribs and makes them fall-off-the-bone tender. You can also use your favorite barbecue rub in place of the simple seasoning.
