Description

Indulge in the ultimate savory-sweet combination with these Smoked Brisket & Beer Cheese Pretzel Bombs. Packed with tender smoked brisket, melty beer cheese, and wrapped in a fluffy pretzel dough, these irresistible bites are perfect for game day, parties, or any snack craving.

Ingredients

– 1 lb smoked brisket, chopped

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

– 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

– 1/2 cup beer

– 1 package (16 oz) frozen bread dough, thawed

– 1 egg, beaten

– Coarse sea salt

Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. – In a medium bowl, combine the chopped smoked brisket, cheddar cheese, and cream cheese. Stir in the beer until well mixed.

3. – On a lightly floured surface, roll out the bread dough into a large rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick.

4. – Scoop heaping tablespoons of the brisket and cheese mixture onto the dough, spacing them apart.

5. – Fold the dough over the filling and pinch the edges to seal, forming small pretzel bites.

6. – Place the pretzel bombs seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops with the beaten egg and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.

7. – Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the pretzel bites are golden brown.

8. – Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

These Smoked Brisket & Beer Cheese Pretzel Bombs can be made ahead of time and frozen for later. Simply reheat in the oven when ready to serve. For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the brisket and cheese filling.
