Description

Slow Cooker Marry Me Chicken is a comforting and irresistible dish that features tender chicken smothered in a rich, creamy, and cheesy sauce. It’s the ultimate weeknight dinner that your family will beg you to make again and again.

Ingredients

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 2 cans (10.5 oz each) cream of chicken soup

– 1 packet (1 oz) dry ranch seasoning

– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

1. – Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.

2. – In a medium bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup and ranch seasoning. Pour the mixture over the chicken.

3. – Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through and tender.

4. – Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the chicken.

5. – Cover and cook for an additional 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

6. – Serve hot over rice or pasta.

Notes

– For a thicker sauce, you can add a cornstarch slurry (2 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water) during the last 30 minutes of cooking.

– Experiment with different cheese varieties, such as Monterey Jack or Pepper Jack, for a twist on the flavor.

– Leftover Slow Cooker Marry Me Chicken can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
