Ingredients
– 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
– 2 cups basmati rice
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 3 cloves garlic, minced
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1 tsp turmeric
– 1 tsp ground cumin
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
1. 1. Rinse the rice and soak it in water for 30 minutes. Drain and set aside.
2. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Notes
