Description

Perfectly baked salmon fillets with a bright, zesty lemon-garlic sauce. This easy sheet pan meal is ready in just 20 minutes for a healthy, flavorful dinner.

Ingredients

– 4 salmon fillets

– 2 tablespoons olive oil

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 2 tablespoons lemon juice

– 1 teaspoon lemon zest

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– Lemon slices, for garnish

– Chopped parsley, for garnish

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. 2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, lemon zest, salt, and pepper.

3. 3. Place the salmon fillets on a large baking sheet. Drizzle the lemon-garlic sauce over the top, making sure to coat the salmon evenly.

4. 4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

5. 5. Garnish the baked salmon with lemon slices and chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

This recipe can be easily doubled to feed a larger crowd. For extra flavor, try marinating the salmon in the lemon-garlic sauce for 30 minutes before baking. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated gently.
