Description

Indulge in the magical flavors of this Shamrock Swirl Pie, a delightful St. Patrick’s Day treat that combines a rich, creamy filling with a buttery, flaky crust for a truly unforgettable dessert experience.

Ingredients

– 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup granulated sugar

– 2 eggs

– 1-2 drops green food coloring

– 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 350°F.

2. – In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until light and fluffy.

3. – Gradually add the sugar and beat until well combined.

4. – Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.

5. – Divide the filling into two equal parts. Add 1-2 drops of green food coloring to one half and mix until the color is evenly distributed.

6. – Spoon the plain and green-tinted fillings into the unbaked pie crust, alternating spoonfuls to create a swirled pattern.

7. – Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the center is set.

8. – Allow the pie to cool completely before slicing and serving.

Notes

For a deeper green color, add an additional drop or two of food coloring. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
