Ingredients

– 1 pound ground sausage

– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

– 2 cups biscuit mix

– 1 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. – In a large bowl, mix together the ground sausage, shredded cheese, biscuit mix, garlic powder, and black pepper until well combined.

3. – Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4. – Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the sausage balls are golden brown and cooked through.

5. – Serve warm and enjoy!
