Ingredients

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 1/2 cup apricot preserves

– 2 tablespoons soy sauce

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 teaspoon dried thyme

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1/8 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. – Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

3. – In a small bowl, whisk together the apricot preserves, soy sauce, garlic, and thyme.
