Description

This Ritz Cracker Chicken Casserole is a quick and easy dinner that’s bursting with flavor. Tender chicken is baked with a creamy, cheesy sauce and topped with a crunchy Ritz cracker crust for a comforting and satisfying meal.


Ingredients

– 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

– 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

– 1 cup sour cream

– 1/2 cup milk

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1 tsp onion powder

– 1/2 tsp black pepper

– 1 1/2 cups crushed Ritz crackers

– 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix well.

3. 3. Add the chicken breasts to the bowl and turn to coat them in the sauce.

4. 4. Transfer the chicken and sauce mixture to a 9×13 baking dish.

5. 5. Top the chicken with the crushed Ritz crackers and shredded cheddar cheese.

6. 6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.

7. 7. Let the casserole cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add 1/2 cup of diced onions or bell peppers to the sauce. You can also use different types of crackers, such as Saltines or panko breadcrumbs, in place of the Ritz crackers.
