Description

These Reuben Bowls are a delicious twist on the classic Reuben sandwich, with tender corned beef, tangy sauerkraut, melted Swiss cheese, and a creamy Russian dressing all in one easy-to-make dish.

Ingredients

– 1 lb corned beef, sliced or chopped

– 2 cups sauerkraut, drained

– 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese

– 1 cup rye bread croutons

– 1/2 cup Russian dressing

– 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)

Instructions

1. – In a large bowl, layer the corned beef, sauerkraut, and Swiss cheese.

2. – Drizzle the Russian dressing over the top and toss gently to combine.

3. – Sprinkle the rye bread croutons over the top.

4. – Garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.

5. – Serve immediately.

Notes

– For a creamier texture, you can mix the Russian dressing into the sauerkraut before layering.

– Try adding a few drops of Worcestershire sauce to the dressing for extra flavor.

– Swap out the rye bread croutons for toasted rye bread cubes if desired.
