Description

Indulge in the ultimate fusion of rich, fudgy red velvet and creamy, decadent cheesecake in these unbelievably delicious brownies. Perfect for any occasion, these easy-to-make treats are sure to impress and delight.

Ingredients

– 1 cup all-purpose flour

– 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

– 1 teaspoon baking powder

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

– 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

– 1 cup granulated sugar

– 2 large eggs

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 2 tablespoons red food coloring

– 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

– 1/4 cup granulated sugar

– 1 egg

– 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8×8-inch baking pan and line with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on two sides.

2. – In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.

3. – In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and 1 cup of sugar. Beat in 2 eggs and 1 teaspoon of vanilla until well combined.

4. – Add the red food coloring and mix until the batter is a deep red color.

5. – Fold the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

6. – In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 egg, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla until smooth and creamy.

7. – Spread the red velvet batter evenly into the prepared baking pan. Dollop the cheesecake mixture on top and use a knife or toothpick to swirl it into the batter.

8. – Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow the brownies to cool completely in the pan before lifting them out using the parchment paper overhang.

9. – Cut into squares and serve. Enjoy!
