Description

Indulge in the ultimate fusion of flavors with this irresistible Ramen Carbonara Burrito – a quick and satisfying meal that combines the rich creaminess of carbonara with the comforting warmth of ramen noodles, all wrapped in a soft tortilla for a truly mouthwatering experience.

Ingredients

– 8 oz ramen noodles

– 2 eggs

– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

– 2 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

– 1/4 cup heavy cream

– 2 tbsp butter

– 1 clove garlic, minced

– Salt and pepper to taste

– 4 flour tortillas

Instructions

1. – Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

2. – In a skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove the bacon from the pan, crumble, and set aside.

3. – In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.

4. – Whisk the eggs and heavy cream together in a bowl. Pour the mixture into the skillet and cook, stirring constantly, until the eggs are scrambled and the mixture is creamy, about 2-3 minutes.

5. – Remove the skillet from the heat and stir in the cooked ramen noodles, Parmesan cheese, and crumbled bacon. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

6. – Warm the tortillas according to package instructions. Spoon the ramen carbonara mixture onto the center of each tortilla and wrap tightly to form a burrito.

7. – Serve the Ramen Carbonara Burrito immediately, and enjoy!

Notes

For a spicier version, add a drizzle of sriracha or crushed red pepper flakes to the carbonara mixture. You can also experiment with different cheese varieties or add sautéed vegetables for extra flavor and texture.
