Ingredients
– 8 oz cream cheese, softened
– 8 oz feta cheese, crumbled
– 1 cup pumpkin puree
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tsp dried thyme
– 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
– 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
– 1/4 tsp salt
– 1/8 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. – In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
2. – Add the crumbled feta cheese and continue mixing until well combined.
3. – Fold in the pumpkin puree, garlic, thyme, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and pepper, mixing until the dip is fully incorporated and has a smooth, swirled appearance.
