Description

Indulge in these easy, cheesy Pull-Apart Meatball Sliders – a crowd-pleasing appetizer or main dish perfect for parties and gatherings.

Ingredients

– 1 lb ground beef

– 1 cup breadcrumbs

– 1/2 cup grated parmesan

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– 12 dinner rolls or slider buns, split in half horizontally

– 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

– 1 cup marinara sauce, for serving

Instructions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

2. 2. In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

3. 3. Roll the beef mixture into 12 equal-sized meatballs.

4. 4. Place the bottom halves of the dinner rolls in a baking dish. Top each roll with a meatball and some shredded mozzarella cheese.

5. 5. Cover the meatballs with the top half of the rolls.

6. 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

7. 7. Serve the Pull-Apart Meatball Sliders warm, with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

For extra flavor, brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter or garlic butter before baking. You can also add chopped fresh parsley or basil for a pop of color and freshness.
