Indulge in the ultimate comfort food with these irresistible Pull-Apart Meatball Parm Sliders. Juicy homemade meatballs are nestled between soft slider buns, smothered in melty mozzarella and a crispy parmesan crust. Dip them in marinara sauce for the perfect handheld meal or party appetizer.

Ingredients

– 1 lb ground beef

– 1 cup breadcrumbs

– 1/2 cup grated parmesan

– 1 egg

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1 tsp Italian seasoning

– 1/2 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper

– 12 slider buns, split in half

– 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

– 1/2 cup marinara sauce

– 2 tbsp melted butter

– 2 tbsp grated parmesan

Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease a 9×13 baking dish.

2. – In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup parmesan, egg, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

3. – Form the mixture into 12 equal-sized meatballs and place them in the prepared baking dish.

4. – Top the meatballs with the mozzarella cheese.

5. – In a small bowl, mix the melted butter and 2 tbsp parmesan. Drizzle the parmesan-butter mixture over the top of the cheese.

6. – Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the meatballs are cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

7. – Serve the pull-apart meatball parm sliders warm, with the marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

For extra flavor, you can add a teaspoon of dried oregano or basil to the meatball mixture. Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheated in the oven or microwave.
