Ingredients
– 1 lb fresh asparagus, trimmed
– 8 oz thinly sliced prosciutto
– 1 tbsp olive oil
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. – Lay a slice of prosciutto on a flat surface. Place 2-3 asparagus spears at one end and tightly roll the prosciutto around the asparagus, creating a twist.
3. – Place the prosciutto-wrapped asparagus twists on a baking sheet. Repeat with remaining asparagus and prosciutto.
4. – Drizzle the twists with olive oil and season with black pepper.
5. – Bake for 12-15 minutes, until the prosciutto is crispy and the asparagus is tender.
6. – Serve hot and enjoy!
