Description

Indulge in the sweet and savory flavors of this Pork Belly with Pineapple Recipe. Tender, juicy pork belly is perfectly seared and paired with the tangy sweetness of fresh pineapple, creating a restaurant-quality dish that you can enjoy at home.

Ingredients

– 2 lbs pork belly, cut into 1-inch cubes

– 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and cut into 1-inch chunks

– 1/4 cup soy sauce

– 1/4 cup brown sugar

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tsp ground ginger

– 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. – In a large bowl, combine the pork belly, pineapple, soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes (if using). Toss to coat the pork and pineapple evenly.

3. – Transfer the mixture to a large baking sheet and spread out in an even layer.

4. – Roast for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway, until the pork is crispy and caramelized.

5. – Serve hot, garnished with additional fresh pineapple if desired. Enjoy!

Notes

For best results, use a high-quality pork belly with a good fat-to-meat ratio. The brown sugar and soy sauce create a delicious caramelized glaze on the pork. Feel free to adjust the spice level by adding more or less red pepper flakes.
