Ingredients

  • ? 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (or honey for a healthier option)

  • ? 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • ? 1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional, for brightness)


Instructions

1️⃣ Blend Ingredients:
In a blender, combine the shelled pistachios, whole milk, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, salt, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and creamy.

2️⃣ Taste and Adjust:
Taste the mixture and adjust sweetness if needed by adding more sweetened condensed milk or honey.

3️⃣ Pour into Molds:
Pour the pistachio mixture into popsicle molds, leaving a little space at the top to allow for expansion.

4️⃣ Insert Sticks:
If using popsicle sticks, insert them into the molds. If the mixture is too thick, you can let it sit for a few minutes before inserting the sticks.

5️⃣ Freeze:
Freeze for at least 4-6 hours, or until completely solid.

6️⃣ Remove from Molds:
To remove the popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds until they loosen. Gently pull the popsicles out.
