Ingredients
– 8 oz brie cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
– 1 cup shelled pistachios, finely chopped
– 1/4 cup panko breadcrumbs
– 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
– 1 tsp dried thyme
– 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. 2. In a shallow bowl, mix together the chopped pistachios, panko breadcrumbs, melted butter, dried thyme, and salt.
3. 3. Dip each cube of brie into the pistachio mixture, pressing gently to coat all sides.
4. 4. Arrange the pistachio-crusted brie bites on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
5. 5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until the brie is melted and the coating is golden brown.

Notes
