Description

Indulge in the ultimate comfort food with this creamy, flavorful Pink Bow Pasta tossed in a luxurious vodka sauce. This easy 30-minute meal is sure to become a new family favorite.

Ingredients

– 12 oz pink bow pasta

– 1/4 cup vodka

– 1 cup heavy cream

– 1/4 cup tomato paste

– 3 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 onion, diced

– 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

– Fresh basil, for garnish

Instructions

1. – Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the pink bow pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

2. – In a large skillet, sauté the minced garlic and diced onion in a bit of olive oil over medium heat until fragrant and translucent.

3. – Deglaze the pan with the vodka and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to cook off the alcohol.

4. – Stir in the heavy cream and tomato paste. Reduce heat and let the sauce simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until thickened.

5. – Drain the cooked pasta and add it directly to the vodka sauce. Toss to coat the pasta evenly.

6. – Remove from heat and stir in the grated parmesan cheese.

7. – Serve the Pink Bow Pasta with Vodka Sauce immediately, garnished with fresh basil leaves.

Notes

For a creamier sauce, you can use half-and-half or a combination of cream and milk. Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a subtle heat. Leftover pasta can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
