Description
These crispy, golden Pasta Chips are a delicious and easy-to-make snack that the whole family will love. Made from leftover pasta, they’re baked to perfection and can be enjoyed on their own or dipped in your favorite sauces.
Ingredients
– 8 oz cooked pasta (any shape)
– 2 tbsp olive oil
– 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp dried oregano
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. – In a large bowl, toss the cooked pasta with the olive oil, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
3. – Spread the pasta mixture in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4. – Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway, until the pasta chips are crispy and golden brown.
5. – Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, bake the chips for a few minutes longer. Try using different pasta shapes or adding your favorite seasonings. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
