These Oreo Cheesecake Bars are a decadent, no-fail treat that’s ready in just 5 minutes! With a creamy cheesecake filling and an Oreo cookie crust, they’re the ultimate indulgence.
Ingredients
– 24 Oreo cookies, crushed
– 16 oz cream cheese, softened
– 1 cup granulated sugar
– 2 eggs
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease an 8×8 inch baking pan.
2. 2. In a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
3. 3. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
4. 4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla.
5. 5. Press the Oreo crumbs into the bottom of the prepared pan. Spread the cheesecake filling evenly over the crust.
6. 6. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the center is almost set. Allow to cool completely before cutting into bars.
7. 7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
Notes
For an extra Oreo flavor, reserve a handful of crushed Oreo crumbs and sprinkle them on top of the cheesecake before baking. Bars can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
