Description

Indulge in the irresistible fusion of creamy Nutella and fresh bananas wrapped in tender sushi rolls for a unique and delightful treat. These Nutella and Banana Sushi Rolls are a sweet and satisfying snack or dessert that can be prepared in just 20 minutes.


Ingredients

– 1 cup sushi rice, cooked and cooled

– 4 sheets nori (seaweed sheets)

– 1/2 cup Nutella

– 2 ripe bananas, sliced

– 1 tablespoon powdered sugar (optional)


Instructions

1. – Lay a nori sheet shiny-side down on a sushi mat or clean surface.

2. – Spread 1/4 cup of the cooked sushi rice evenly over the nori, leaving a 1-inch border at the top.

3. – Spread 2 tablespoons of Nutella in a line down the center of the rice.

4. – Arrange 4-5 banana slices in a line down the center of the Nutella.

5. – Carefully roll the sushi from the bottom up, using the mat to help you roll it tightly.

6. – Moisten the top inch of the nori with water to seal the roll.

7. – Repeat with the remaining ingredients to make 4 sushi rolls.

8. – Slice each roll into 6-8 pieces using a sharp, wet knife.

9. – Arrange the sushi rolls on a plate and dust with powdered sugar, if desired.

Notes

For a crunchy twist, sprinkle toasted coconut flakes or chopped nuts over the top of the sushi rolls. These Nutella and banana sushi rolls can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
