Ingredients

– 8 oz cream cheese, softened

– 1/2 cup powdered sugar

– 1 tsp vanilla extract

– 12 oz white chocolate, melted

– Mini chocolate chips

– Sprinkles

– Edible eyes

Instructions

1. 1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth and creamy.

2. 2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and mix until well combined.

3. 3. Roll the cream cheese mixture into small, round balls, about 1-inch in size.

4. 4. Melt the white chocolate in a double boiler or microwave, stirring until smooth.

5. 5. Dip the cream cheese balls into the melted white chocolate, coating them completely.

6. 6. Place the coated truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet and let them cool and harden.

7. 7. Once hardened, decorate the truffles with mini chocolate chips, sprinkles, and edible eyes to create adorable snowman faces.

8. 8. Refrigerate the truffles until ready to serve.

Notes

– For a festive touch, you can also roll the truffles in crushed candy canes or add a small piece of pretzel stick for the snowman’s arms.

– These truffles can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
