– 12 sheets phyllo dough

Instructions

2. 2. In a small bowl, mix together the ground almonds and cinnamon.

3. 3. Lay one sheet of phyllo dough on a clean, flat surface and brush it lightly with honey.

4. 4. Sprinkle a portion of the almond mixture over the honey-coated dough, leaving a 1-inch border on all sides.
