– 1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
Instructions
1. – Melt the chocolate, butter, and heavy cream in a double boiler or microwave, stirring frequently until smooth.
2. – Remove from heat and stir in the peppermint extract.
3. – Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
4. – Spread the mixture into a parchment-lined baking sheet and refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
