Ingredients
– 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
– 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
– 2 tbsp zaatar spice blend
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 tbsp lemon juice
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. – In a large bowl, combine the yogurt, zaatar, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken thighs and toss to coat evenly.
2. – Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours, to allow the flavors to meld.
3. – Preheat the oven to 400°F. Transfer the chicken and marinade to a baking dish and arrange the chicken in a single layer.
