Ingredients
– 1 pound pizza dough
– 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend
– 1 cup diced tomatoes
– 1/2 cup sliced jalapeños
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
– 2 tablespoons sour cream
– 1 teaspoon chili powder
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 450°F (230°C).
2. – On a lightly floured surface, roll or stretch the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle.
3. – Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza pan.
4. – Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the dough.
5. – Top with the diced tomatoes, sliced jalapeños, and chopped cilantro.
6. – In a small bowl, mix together the sour cream, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Drizzle this mixture over the pizza.
7. – Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Notes
For a spicier pizza, add more jalapeños. For a milder version, use less or omit the jalapeños. Leftover pizza can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
