Description

Creamy, cheesy, and bursting with Mexican flavors, this quick and easy Mexican Corn Dip Recipe is the ultimate crowd-pleasing appetizer. Whip it up in just 10 minutes for your next party or gathering!

Ingredients

– 2 (15 oz) cans of corn, drained

– 1 (8 oz) package of cream cheese, softened

– 1 cup sour cream

– 1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend

– 1 (4 oz) can of diced jalapeños, drained (or fresh jalapeños, diced)

– 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro

– 1 teaspoon chili powder

– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

– 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

1. – In a large bowl, combine the drained corn, softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese, diced jalapeños, chopped cilantro, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt. Mix until well blended.

2. – Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and serve immediately with tortilla chips, fresh vegetables, or your favorite dippers.

Notes

For a spicier dip, add more diced jalapeños. For a milder version, use fewer jalapeños or substitute with diced bell peppers. The dip can be made in advance and refrigerated until ready to serve.
