Ingredients

– 1 lb ground beef

– 1 cup breadcrumbs

– 1 onion, finely chopped

– 3 garlic cloves, minced

– 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

– 1 tablespoon dried oregano

– 1 teaspoon ground cumin

– 1 teaspoon paprika

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

– 1 cup heavy cream

– 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped

– 1 tablespoon lemon juice

– 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. – In a large bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, parsley, oregano, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.

3. – Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.

4. – Bake for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

6. – Slice the meatloaf and serve it warm, drizzled with the garlic herb sauce.

Notes

– Garnish the meatloaf with additional fresh herbs before serving.

– Leftover meatloaf can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or frozen for up to 3 months.
