Ingredients

– 4 (6-ounce) white fish fillets (such as cod, halibut, or sea bass)

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 teaspoon dried oregano

– 1 teaspoon dried basil

– 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin

– 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

2. – Pat the white fish fillets dry with paper towels and place them in a baking dish.

6. – Remove the baked white fish from the oven and garnish with fresh lemon wedges and chopped parsley.

7. – Serve immediately, and enjoy the bold, Mediterranean flavors.

Notes

– For a crispy topping, you can sprinkle breadcrumbs or Parmesan cheese over the fish before baking.
