Description

Ingredients

– 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets

– 1/4 cup olive oil

– 1/4 cup white wine vinegar

– 2 tablespoons lemon juice

– 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

– 2 garlic cloves, minced

– 1 teaspoon dried oregano

– 1/2 teaspoon salt

– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

1. 1. In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower florets.
