Ingredients
– 12 Medjool dates, pitted
– 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
– 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
Instructions
1. – Slice each date lengthwise and carefully remove the pit.
2. – In a small bowl, mix the mascarpone until smooth and creamy.
3. – Spoon about 1-2 teaspoons of the mascarpone into the center of each date.
4. – Drizzle the top of the filled dates with the maple syrup.
5. – Chill the stuffed dates in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to blend.

Notes
