Description

Loaded Totchos (Tater Tot Nachos) are the ultimate crispy, cheesy, and flavor-packed snack. Crispy tater tots are smothered in melted cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, diced tomatoes, and cool sour cream for a delicious appetizer or game day treat.


Ingredients

– 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots

– 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

– 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

– 1 cup diced tomatoes

– 3 green onions, sliced

– 1 cup sour cream


Instructions

1. – Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange tater tots in a single layer on a large baking sheet.

2. – Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.

3. – Remove tater tots from oven and top with shredded cheddar cheese.

4. – Return to oven and bake for 5 more minutes, or until cheese is melted.

5. – Top the cheesy tater tots with crumbled bacon, diced tomatoes, and sliced green onions.

6. – Serve immediately with dollops of sour cream.

Notes

For extra flavor, try topping with jalapeños, guacamole, or your other favorite nacho toppings. Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
