Ingredients

– 1 whole turkey breast (about 5-6 pounds)

– 4 cloves garlic, minced

– Zest of 1 lemon

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– 1 tsp salt

– 1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

2. 2. In a small bowl, combine the minced garlic, lemon zest, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture all over the turkey breast, making sure to get it under the skin as well.

3. 3. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan or baking dish. Roast for 60-75 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

Notes
