Ingredients
– 2 cups heavy cream
– 1/2 cup whole milk
– 1/3 cup honey

Instructions
1. – In a medium saucepan, combine the heavy cream, milk, honey, lavender, and salt. Heat over medium, stirring occasionally, until the mixture comes to a gentle simmer.
2. – Remove from heat and let the lavender steep for 15 minutes.
3. – Strain the mixture through a fine-mesh sieve, pressing on the solids to extract as much liquid as possible.
4. – Discard the lavender and return the infused cream to the saucepan.

7. – Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to 3 days.
