Description

Ingredients

– 1 lb ground lamb

– 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

– 1 egg

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1 tsp onion powder

– 1 tsp dried oregano

– 1/2 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper

– 4 burger buns


Instructions

1. – In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.

2. – Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions and form into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.

3. – Heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the burgers for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Notes
