– 1 large onion, sliced into 1/2-inch rings
– 2 eggs, beaten
– 1 cup almond flour

– 1 teaspoon paprika
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– Avocado oil or other high-heat oil for frying
Instructions
1. – In a shallow bowl, beat the eggs.
2. – In a separate bowl, mix together the almond flour, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. – Dip the onion rings into the beaten eggs, then coat them in the almond flour mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
4. – Heat 1-2 inches of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
5. – Fry the coated onion rings in batches for 2-3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and crispy.
