Ingredients

– 1 medium spaghetti squash, roasted and shredded

– 1 lb boneless steak, such as ribeye or strip steak

– 1 cup heavy cream

– 1 cup crumbled Gorgonzola cheese

– 2 cloves garlic, minced

– 1 tsp dried thyme

– 1/2 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Roast the spaghetti squash until tender, then use a fork to shred the flesh into noodles.

2. 2. Season the steak with salt and pepper. Heat a large skillet over high heat and sear the steak for 2-3 minutes per side, or until it reaches your desired doneness. Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice it into strips.
