Ingredients
– 1 lb ground beef
– 1 head cauliflower, riced
– 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 2 eggs, beaten
– 1 tsp garlic powder
– 1 tsp onion powder
– 1 tsp salt
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 375°F.
2. – In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium-high heat until browned and crumbled.
3. – In a large bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, cooked ground beef, shredded cheese, heavy cream, beaten eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
4. – Transfer the mixture to a 9×13 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
5. – Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is lightly browned.
6. – Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
