Ingredients
– 1 (3-ounce) package of unflavored gelatin
– 1 cup of your favorite liquor (such as vodka, rum, or tequila)
– 1 cup of fruit juice (like pineapple, cranberry, or orange juice)
– 1/4 cup of granulated sugar (optional, for extra sweetness)
Instructions
1. 1. In a medium saucepan, sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup of the liquor and let it bloom for 5 minutes.
2. 2. Heat the saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until the gelatin is completely dissolved, about 2-3 minutes.
3. 3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and stir in the remaining 1/2 cup of liquor and the fruit juice. If desired, add the granulated sugar and stir until dissolved.
4. 4. Carefully pour the jello mixture into shot glasses or a lightly greased 8×8 inch baking dish.
