Ingredients
– 1 pound pizza dough
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup pepperoni, diced
– 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
1. – Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. – On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a large rectangle, about 1/4-inch thick.
3. – In a bowl, mix together the mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, pumpkin puree, oregano, garlic powder, and salt.
4. – Divide the filling evenly onto one half of the dough rectangle.
5. – Fold the other half of the dough over the filling and crimp the edges to seal.
6. – Use a paring knife to cut jack-o’-lantern faces into the dough.
7. – Place the calzones on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
8. – Bake for 18-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
9. – Serve warm, with a dipping sauce if desired.

For a spookier look, you can make the jack-o’-lantern faces more detailed. You can also try different fillings, like sausage or vegetables.
