Description

Ingredients

– 1 lb fresh sardines, cleaned and patted dry

– 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

– 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

– 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

– 1 tsp garlic powder

– 1/2 tsp salt

– 1/4 tsp black pepper

– 2 tbsp olive oil


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

2. 2. In a shallow bowl, combine the panko breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

3. 3. Drizzle the sardines with olive oil and turn to coat evenly.

4. 4. Dredge the sardines in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to help it adhere.

5. 5. Arrange the coated sardines on a parchment-lined baking sheet.

6. 6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the breadcrumbs are golden brown and the fish is cooked through.
