Ingredients
– 1 package instant ramen noodles
– 4 cups low-sodium chicken or vegetable broth

– 1 soft-boiled egg
– 2 ounces sliced pork or tofu
– 2 tablespoons sliced scallions
– 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
– 1 teaspoon chili oil (optional)
Instructions
1. – Prepare the instant ramen noodles according to package instructions, reserving the seasoning packet.
2. – In a small saucepan, bring the broth, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil to a simmer.
3. – Add the cooked ramen noodles and the seasoning packet to the broth mixture. Stir to combine.
