Ingredients

– 1 lb pizza dough, store-bought or homemade

– 1 cup ricotta cheese

– 1/4 cup hot honey (or regular honey mixed with red pepper flakes)

– 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

– 2 tbsp fresh basil, chopped

– 1 tsp olive oil

– 1/4 tsp salt


Instructions

1. 1. Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).

2. 2. On a lightly floured surface, stretch or roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle.

3. 3. Transfer the dough to a baking sheet or pizza pan.

4. 4. Spread the ricotta cheese evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
